Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JuGo website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by JuGo Holdings LLC (“JuGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account or using JuGo, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. JuGo may suspend or remove an account when it reasonably believes the account holder is under 18.

3. Accounts and profile information

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create a username that infringes another person’s rights. You are responsible for activity associated with your device and account credentials.

JuGo stores profile information in its database and uses account credentials to provide access. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for signing out of devices you do not control. Password recovery requires access to the verified account email.

4. Permission to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, JuGo grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable conduct

You may not use JuGo to:

• harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, or harm another person;
• post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringing material;
• solicit personal information from children or facilitate unsafe encounters;
• send spam, distribute malware, evade security, or interfere with the Service;
• collect another user’s information without authorization; or
• violate any applicable law or another person’s rights.

6. Location and real-world interactions

Location-based information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. JuGo does not verify users, conduct background checks, supervise meetings, or guarantee the identity, intentions, safety, or conduct of any person. Use independent judgment, meet in public places, tell someone you trust about your plans, and contact local emergency services when necessary. JuGo is not an emergency service.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JuGo a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and honor the audience you select. You must have the rights necessary to submit content and remain responsible for it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, JuGo name, logos, design, software, and other JuGo materials are owned by JuGo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any JuGo intellectual property.

9. Third-party services

JuGo may link to or rely on third-party event organizers, ticketing services, venues, maps, email, notifications, hosting, and storage. JuGo does not control third-party terms, privacy practices, availability, or content. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

JuGo may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, JuGo, or others; enforce these Terms; comply with law; or maintain the Service.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” JUGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JUGO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. JUGO’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID JUGO DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JuGo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

14. Governing terms and disputes

Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, and opt-out language must be selected with qualified counsel based on JuGo’s state of organization and launch jurisdictions before these Terms are published as final.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Send legal or account notices to thejugoexperience@gmail.com. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
