Privacy Policy

1. Overview

JuGo Holdings LLC (“JuGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how JuGo handles information when you create an account, discover events, plan with Crew, and save or share memories.

2. Information you provide

The profile form may ask you to provide:

• your full name and username;
• your email address and date of birth;
• your city, state, and ZIP code; and
• your choices regarding location, photos, contacts, and notifications;
• Flow events, Vault memories, Looped In items, messages, comments, ratings, and Crew relationships; and
• photos and videos you choose to upload, including shared Crew media and contributor labels.

JuGo also stores a one-way cryptographic hash of your password. JuGo does not store or have access to your readable password.

3. How JuGo stores information

A completed profile is transmitted to and stored in JuGo’s database. JuGo may also keep a convenience copy in your browser’s local storage on your device. Clearing browser data removes that local copy but does not delete the profile held by JuGo.

Authorized JuGo founders and administrators can use access-controlled management tools to view, suspend, restore, or delete profiles for support, safety, and product administration. Authentication sessions are stored using a random session identifier in an HTTP-only cookie. If you select “Remember me,” the session may remain active on that device for up to 30 days; otherwise, the browser cookie expires when the browsing session ends.

4. Location and device permissions

If you turn on Location Access, your browser may provide location information to center nearby event results. JuGo also uses your city, state, and ZIP code to personalize Discover and may use member locations in aggregate to propose new coverage areas. Founder expansion tools show city-level demand, not a member’s precise home address. Photos and videos are uploaded only when you select them. A Contacts preference does not itself upload your address book.

You can deny or withdraw device permissions through your browser or operating system settings. Core profile creation does not require these optional permissions.

5. How information is used

JuGo uses information to:

• create and display your JuGo profile;
• validate required profile fields;
• provide Discover, Flow, Vault, Crew, Looped In, messaging, and notifications;
• operate daily event sourcing and member-led city expansion;
• prevent abuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot, and improve performance; and
• respond to feedback and support requests.

6. Sharing, selling, and advertising

JuGo does not sell your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or disclose it to third-party advertisers. Content placed in Crew sections is shared with members attached to that memory; private “My Stuff” content remains visible only to you. JuGo may use hosting, storage, email, push-notification, security, and infrastructure providers that process information only to provide the Service.

7. Data retention and deletion

JuGo retains profile and content data while an account is active or as reasonably needed to operate, secure, administer, and comply with legal obligations. An authorized JuGo administrator can permanently delete a database profile. The browser convenience copy remains until you clear the site’s browser data or replace it by creating another profile. Session records expire automatically, and signing out ends the current session.

8. Security

No method of storage is completely secure. JuGo uses password hashing, HTTP-only session cookies, request and upload validation, rate controls, access-controlled founder tools, and audit records. You are responsible for securing your device and credentials. JuGo will continue reviewing safeguards as its users, cities, media, and event catalog grow.

9. Age requirement

JuGo is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create or use an account. If JuGo learns that an account belongs to someone under 18, it may suspend the account and take reasonable steps to delete the associated personal information.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain uses of personal information. Send a verified request to the contact below. JuGo may need to confirm your identity.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as JuGo develops. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material product changes should be reviewed against this policy before release.
